Declared a nature park in 2008, the area covers three lakes in Gölbaşı district, Gölbaşı, İnekli and Azaplı, and 2,080 hectares of surrounding land. The lakes are home to migratory birds and various fish species, and the park has a bird-watching tower and an information centre. Swimming and fishing are not allowed.
