Sivaslı is a district south of Uşak, on the Uşak–Denizli highway. The ancient city of Sebaste in the Selçikler neighbourhood was founded by the Roman emperor Augustus in 20 CE; the district is also known for its strawberries, celebrated with a festival every June.
