İncekaya Aqueduct was built in the 18th century to supply water to Safranbolu, rising over the Tokatlı Canyon. The 116-metre-long structure reaches a height of 60 metres above the canyon floor and consists of six arches. It was repaired between 1794 and 1798 under Grand Vizier İzzet Mehmed Pasha.
