Gölhisar

Gölhisar, Burdur's second-largest district, is a plateau 107 km from the provincial centre, at 1,006 m elevation. The Lycian city of Kibyra, once the administrative centre of four cities in antiquity, lies within the district; its name comes from a castle built on an island in a lake 6 km away.
